About Us

The Dubai Employment Board (DEB) is an independently owned and operated agency. We are the first agency of its kind to focus our efforts entirely on employment practices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The DEB overlooks, monitors, and appraises employment agencies which are based in the UAE. The DEB serves as an advocate for ethical and moral business practices among employment agencies. Our main purpose is to provide the service of dispute resolution between job seekers and employers.
 
Job seekers who have complaints about Dubai-based employment agencies have the opportunity to use DEB as a liaison between themselves and the alleged firms. We provide a valuable service of dispute resolution between the two parties. We will forward the complaint to the relevant firm who will respond back to us. Ideally, the process will result in a mutually-satisfactory agreement for both parties.

We offer the opportunity for employment agencies to register with us and have their company profiled and rated on our site based on criteria from a variety of sources including information and complaints from job seekers. We remain unbiased throughout the dispute resolution process, basing our decisions on facts, data, evidence and precedents. By registering with the DEB employment agencies are signaling to job seekers that they are dedicated to ethical business practices.

We use all applicable information to create individual firm profiles for employment agencies in Dubai . These profiles will have information on all complaints received by the DEB on each firm including the information on the dispute resolution processes. It will also contain a ranking for the agency which will reflect our unbiased view on their ethics and business practices. These profiles can be accessed by all job seekers and visitors alike, who are interested in registering with the outlined employment agencies.
